Planning and prep
- Site recce to agree siting and specification of marquee and other equipment requirements
- Marquee floorplan, illustrating marquee siting and make-up, costume and dining areas
- Marquee power solution, illustrating potential for use of battery store technology
- Detailed proposal laying out delivery schedule and transparent costings

Setup
- Day before ‘final checks’ by your account manager, capturing any last-minute requirements
- Marquee and key areas set up
- Power installation completed and signed off by electrical engineer, certificate of compliance issued
- Sign-off and handover to locations team

Managed services and reporting
- Refuelling of generators with renewable diesel
- Carbon reporting
- Ongoing real-time spend reporting

Strike
- Schedule for site clearance prepared by your account manager
- Dismantling of marquee coordinated by our team, minimising physical disruption to site
