Imagine a unit base where there is no pollution or waste because these environmental hazards have been designed out before the shoot begins. A unit base where energy demand is minimised, power supply is emission-free and silent, and waste is non-existent because products and materials are in a cycle of constant use. This system would take pressure off the natural world, giving it the breathing space to regenerate and rebalance.
This may sound like a far-flung utopian vision, but it’s not. It is within grasp. Alongside our sister company, ADF, we decided to challenge the old ways of working at unit base. This process led to the evolution of EcoBase: a more sustainable unit base system that aims to eliminate emissions and embed circular economy practices.
