On a stormy morning in February, we met at our Bristol branch for another exciting day of Leadership and People Management Training with Sue Davison (https://getyougetothers.info/purchase-page1644594400793).

Our training focused on:

• Self-awareness and stress management
• Managing teams with Emotional Intelligence
• Becoming a better leader

We have now trained our Executive, Senior and Branch Management teams in these and other management techniques – why? We recognise that our business caters to an extremely dynamic industry (TV and Film). Being able to sensitively and effectively manage in our exciting, fast growing and paced environment is important for us and our customers, therefore this was a no-brainer investment.
