What is your new role at Location One and what attracted you to it?

I am the newly appointed Branch Leader for Location One Wales. Following the acquisition by Welsh PLC Facilities by ADF late last year, we have opened a new depot in Bridgend and Location One is now poised and ready to make a massive impact on the ever-growing film and TV industry in Wales. I am excited to have been chosen to lead that journey. Having worked in the TV & Film industry for 8 years in a variety of roles from Unit Manager to Assistant Locations Manager, I can’t wait to transfer these skills and industry knowledge to my new role in Location One. As a proud Welshman, I relish the challenge of creating and supporting a growing client base here in Wales.

What do you feel is going to be your biggest challenge in your new role?

I’m really looking forward to taking Location One to the next level in Wales. I want to grow the company to its full potential here and I hope to do that by creating a friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful local team, that productions can rely on to provide the efficient, quality service here in Wales, that Location One are known for across the rest of the UK.

It’s ‘Team’. Without a doubt! I’ve worked as part of a multidisciplinary team throughout my career, and I honestly believe it’s working together as a team that always delivers the best results. I’m really looking forward to establishing my own team at Location One Wales and I believe my background of having worked my way up through the industry, makes me an approachable team leader and will help foster a culture of mutual respect.
